Is disposable crockery at a wedding tacky?
My fiance and I are considering hiring a venue/marquee and getting in caterers for our wedding. We’re on a fairly tight budget and after considering the cost of hiring ceramic crockery, crockery hire in lincolnshire thinking about going with disposable stuff instead. It’s cheaper but also a lot easier to clean up afterwards but is it tacky. We would rather spend that extra money on food/wedding favours and make the whole day more memorable. I don’t want it to make the wedding feel cheap though. I personally don’t have a problem with it but would like other’s opinions. Would you have a problem with it if you were a guest?
